Her experience comes with foresight to mitigate potential obstacles and misconceptions that come from land and property ownership. All while artfully providing buyers and sellers confidence in their investments.

Bonnie is originally from Abingdon, VA, but currently resides in Bristol, TN and serves all of East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.With a background that stretches back to 1988, she has successfully sold homes, farms, land, and commercial properties in both states. She currently holds a broker’s license in VA, an affiliate broker’s license in TN, and a GRI designation.

Bonnie is proud to work for Signature Properties who she praises for their spirit of excellence and highest degree of integrity. When she’s not working, Bonnie can be found heavily involved in prayer ministry or browsing the quaint shops throughout Eastern Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. In addition, she loves to spend time with her children and grandchildren while enjoying good country cooking.
