Born and raised in Nickelsville, Virginia, Gary spent 30 years as a teacher. He became a master communicator, leveraging those skills for his clients. He made it a goal to build strong relationships, promote open lines of communication, and simplify the complicated parts of buying land and homes with acreage. For over 21 years as a licensed professional in both Virginia and Tennessee, Gary has never been too busy to help others. 

He aligns his values with a company that thinks like him. For the past 11 years, Signature Properties has been his second home. He enjoys working with people that treat everyone like family. When he’s not working, you can find him on his farm, fishing, kayaking, or enjoying a meal at Cheddar’s.
