Always having a strong desire to become a realtor, Lisa was thrilled to finally realize that dream. Lisa has been in real estate for seven years and is new to Signature Properties. Licensed in Tennessee, she specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, sellers, and out-of-state clients moving to Tennessee, and new construction homes. Lisa's unique expertise and personalized service make her stand out from other realtors. She has a particular passion for first-time homebuyers. She guides them through every step of the process with clear explanations and unwavering support, making the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Additionally, she specializes in assisting individuals and families relocating to Tennessee, providing detailed guidance and making the transition seamless.

When Lisa isn't working, she enjoys cheese and crackers as her go-to midnight snack. She recharges by spending quality time with her husband, walking their three-legged dog and two Great Pyrenees, and playing with the horses, goats, and chickens on their mini farm. Her favorite local restaurant is the Black Olive, where she loves the gluten-free chicken alfredo and tiramisu for dessert.
For outdoor activities, Lisa loves visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, where she and her husband got married. They enjoy visiting dinner theaters and trying new things each time they visit. For fun in the Tri-Cities area, Lisa loves to go to dinner with friends and then to the Barter Theatre in Abingdon, VA, for a good show.
Lisa attended Mid Michigan Community College and graduated with an Associate's Degree in Arts and Science in Radiology, becoming certified as a radiological technologist specializing in x-rays, bone density, and mammography. Her dedication to service and care, combined with her expertise in real estate, makes her an exceptional agent ready to help you find your dream home.
