Her ethics, passion, and communication established Signature Properties as a sought-after agency with customers praising not just the service, but also the care and attention they receive.

Prior to becoming a highly accomplished real estate professional, Shirley embarked on a successful career as a licensed attorney in the state of California for 13 years.

Her passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in real estate in 1992 where she quickly distinguished herself by earning many coveted designations. Some of which include the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Internet Professionals (e-PRO).

In 2011 Shirley founded Signature Properties, using her legal background as an asset to provide expert advice and direction for her agents as well as her clients. Moreover, she distinguished her company by introducing a charity program. After every sale, Shirley and her dedicated team donate a portion of their commission to a charity of their client’s choice.
